During this first personal meeting we will be discussing all your wishes and needs. This could either be a full-on interior design plan but could also be just a refresh or a new colour plan. After this I am able to tell you the steps towards the design and what different options, I can offer you.
In this phase we are able to start with the total design. All your wishes and needs will be implemented in this design. We will plan a next meeting where I will present you the designs. During this presentation you will receive moodboards, 2D drawings, colour and material schemes, optional 3D-renders, shopping lists and custom fixture designs. After this presentation we will discuss the outcome and whether adjustments are needed. All of these will be ready together with a budget overview.
In this phase we will work out the plan in detail so you are able to give them to your contractor. Your TailorMate also provides you with a time schedule when this is needed. Another option is that we take all control so you have nothing to worry about and be the project manager for the total project. This saves you lots of time and stress and the end result will be 100% according to the design since we will be doing all the checking. Your TailorMate works with a lot of professionals so we are also able to deliver carpenters, painters, interior custom builders
When the build is ready and done everything needs to be put in place, new furniture will be delivered and the complete styling/decoration will be the icing on the cake. Your TailorMate offers this final step so we just hand you over the key to your ‘new’ home or office when everything is finished. We can also offer to take pictures together with an interior photographer so you can use these for social, your website or to keep as a keepsake.
